Celebrating 14 of the young alumna of the NIAS Advanced Learning Centers, and the NIAS MAIYA Prodigy Fellowship programmes.

NIAS Education for the Gifted and Talented invites nominations from Principals, Teachers and Parents of children demonstrating advanced learning abilities, for the next round of the selection process. The nominated children are welcomed into the NIAS EGT pool of advanced learners, after testing and personal interactions at NIAS. Workshops and special learning events in advanced topics are organized for these students. Please download the nomination forms, and email the scanned forms to [email protected]

NIAS ALCs have been set up in 70 schools across India, so far. We are now inviting the next set of about 15 schools to set up dedicated NIAS Advanced Learning Centers (ALC) for their students, during the next academic year. Schools are already interested; we will be closing registrations as soon as we reach the planned capacity of the next15 ALCs at private schools.

Students of Grades 6th and 7th studying in schools hosting the NIAS Advanced Learning Center can apply through the school. Please contact the ALC Coordinator at the school.

Diet and Cancer Prevention: Dr. Puneeth Iyengar, M.D., Ph.D., internationally acclaimed physician scientist will be joining Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, USA from June 1, 2023 as a Full member and is currently Associate Professor and Vice Chair, Strategy and Program Development, in the Department of Radiation Oncology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, USA. ICTS-NIAS Maths Circle is a forum for children who love mathematics, to explore beautiful problem sets in the subject, under the guidance of math experts.

Applications are invited from students who have not previously applied for the programme.
