I love things that are different from the ordinary and do not follow the norm. In short, I like to be unique. I believe in the quote - “I am a slow walker, but I never walk back.” - Abraham Lincoln. I learnt how to play a keyboard and am learning to play the guitar now. I have been learning Kuchipudi, Carnatic music and Art from a young age. I have been awarded many prizes for cultural performances as well.My areas of interest are Science (Biology and Chemistry), English Literature, and History. I have attended Model United Nations Conferences and have received awards four times. I have received a silver medal in last year's IEO and a gold medal this year. I am a high Distinction in the IAIS English and Science exam results. My project idea is to research about Alzheimer's and its current treatments. I aspire to be a doctor, businesswoman, author, singer, dancer, interior designer, painter, traveler and a debater. It's a lot, but I know I can do it. I love ALC classes because of the hands-on activities, detailed learning, innovative learning techniques and experienced guest lectures. I especially like the fact that we learn by asking because that is my favorite way of learning. NIAS has given me knowledge and opportunities to showcase that knowledge. I will always be indebted to Neelima Ma'am, Sahith Sir, Sudarshan Sir and Dr. Anitha Kurup for that.
